Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Products purchased as part of a set or bundle must be returned in full.
We cannot accept returns for used, opened, or damaged products unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

United States - The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 5 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or faulty.
Force Majeure Clause: We strive to deliver all orders on time; however, delays caused by extreme weather, customs clearance, or other force majeure events may impact delivery times. Margaret Dabbs London is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
4. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care Team within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- A photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.
