Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be purchased online.

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to US territories or PO Boxes.

Shipping fees vary based on order value and shipping speed. The exact cost will be shown at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status in your account.

If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please contact info@margaretdabbs.co.uk with your order number.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return:

1. Email info@margaretdabbs.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, package your items securely and send them to:

3. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Please email  within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping if applicable.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, return the original item and place a new order.

Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals.

Our PURE range and select products from the Fabulous Hands & Feet collections are 100% vegan. Other products may contain natural ingredients such as emu oil.

Many of our products contain natural anti-inflammatory and antibacterial ingredients. However, we recommend checking the full ingredients list before use. If you have allergies, consult a dermatologist before trying a new product.
